[FILMMAKER] + [RESONANCE] + [TOKION] + [NYLON] + [SD UNION-TRIBUNE]

It's hard to believe that a filmmaker can tie in drag racing, a new electronic music scene and a city's water treatment system in one film. But when you have a city that is young and also a cultural frontier, as is the case with Tijuana (one of America's fastest growing metropolises), you have an abundance of varied material. Looking past the stereotypical city of vice, Fjellestad negotiates the chaos to reveal a heart in the infrastructure and subcultures of Tijuana. Featuring music from Nortec Collective.
